Apply online
Sign in with a code sent to your email, then tell us about your venue in five short steps: its name and kind, a pin on the entrance, the spots guests can pick, a contact, and the Partner Terms.

We check you’re real
We review every application, and may call the venue to check. If something needs changing, we’ll say what, and you can edit and send it again.

Print your poster
Once you’re live, your venue gets its own code. Add your logo and download an A4 poster as a PDF or a 300 dpi image, ready to print.

Good to know
What does it cost?
Nothing while we launch in your city. If we ever introduce fees, we’ll tell you at least 30 days in advance, and you can stop before they apply.
Do we need staff, hardware or an app?
No. Print the poster and put it where guests can see it. Guests use the app on their own phones.
Will we see who uses it?
No, and not even how many. It’s anonymous by design, for guests and for you.
Who can apply?
Someone aged 18 or over who is allowed to act for a real venue open to the public: a café, a bar, a campus spot or another place people gather.
What do guests see about our venue?
Its name, area and city, and the spots you set up, while they’re there and visible.
Can we change things later?
You can change your spots and your logo anytime. To change the name or address, write to us.
What if we want to stop?
Take the poster down, and tell us if you’d like your venue removed from the app.
Is it safe for our guests?
It’s for adults only. Compliments are ready-made words, never free text, and anyone can block or report someone without revealing who they are.
